All in The How Stean Experience!

Traverse the towering walls of the Gorge… descend on ropes… land big jumps… slide into plunge pools… everything you could want to do in the Gorge is here in 5 HOURS of top adventure fun!

How Stean Experience

After  briefing you’ll be trained to tackle one of only three Via Ferrata in the UK. That’s a high-ropes style climbing adventure which criss crosses our gorge and passes right under our glass-floored cafe.

Escaping the Gorge through Tom Taylor’s cave gets you back to our Adventure Base for a quick change into super-thick wetsuits – then it’s time abseil 14 metres from our bridge to the rushing waters beneath our Via Ferrata.

To finish, you get to explore How Stean Beck: fossil hunting, climbing and sliding down waterfalls, jumping into deep pools, swimming in fast currents and more – seeing sections of our Site of Special Scientific Interest that are otherwise inaccessible even for enthusiasts!

Especially during these times we advise that you take advantage of the insurance package which will cover you in the event of any illness that prevents you from attending. Terms and conditions on booking page.

Protect your purchases from unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending.
