The Big 5 is a hen do and stag do favourite – five activities all in one day, all taking part within 3 miles of the Gorge itself. There’s not many places where paddle sports and rock sports take place in the same location with little walking. We do more activities and less travelling. You’ll go gorge walking or gorge scrambling as it’s sometimes called, abseiling, canoeing and caving followed by the via ferrata course (only 2 in England).
You’ll be glad to know that the gorge walking and via ferrata experiences are filmed on headcams by the instructors. A DVD of your experience is provided – subject to successful recording. There’s lots of this footage on our YouTube channel.
The fun begins on Friday evening, setting the tone for a weekend to remember. You can unwind and catch up with your friends over a delicious BBQ or an evening meal at our licensed café, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature.
