What time can I arrive at/depart from the campsite?
Anytime.

Can we build/light a fire on the campsite?
There is a specific area reserved for a campfire in a sheltered part of the site. Some logs are permanently arranged for seating. There’s been many a good time had around the campfire with families, groups and individuals, accompanied by occasional singing with willing participants.

Can we have bbq’s on the campsite?
Yes, please bring along wood/charcoal.

Where is the nearest shop for food supplies?
Our Café / Shop is open 10.00am every day and there is normally a member of staff on the campsite when you are. Award winning butchers, bakers, delicatessen, wine merchant and newsagents located in Pateley Bridge. Try the home made local recipe pork pies.

How close is the nearest public house?
The nearest public houses are The Crown Hotel at Lofthouse and the Crown Inn at Middlesmoor, both are about ½ mile on foot.

Can I bring my dog to the campsite?

Is there a quiet time after a certain period for campers?
We ask you to be considerate to your fellow campers by keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm until 8am. No boom boom boxes. The only sound we want to hear is natural. No radios or recorded music. You are however encouraged to sing and play music around the campfire.

How do I cancel my booking?
Unfortunately there are occasions when you may need to cancel at short notice. However if you simply do not turn up you will loose your deposit. Deposits will not be refunded but are transferable to another date.
