You can now put yourself to the test on this challenging activity at How Stean Gorge. Wearing climbing safety harness and helmet you will start your Ultimate Via Ferrata adventure on the practice route.  Here you will learn how the ‘buddy’ system enables you to work together with your fellow adventurers. Then it’s time to move onto the ‘real thing’ where your balance skills are tested.  First, you cross the beam over the gushing water below. The next stage is to climb across the gorge walls using a network of metal cables.
